Our operations

In managing our operations, we have set two priorities: to measure and reduce our carbon footprint, and to strengthen health and safety.

Measuring and reducing our carbon footprint

As part of the Monnoyeur Group's commitment to defining a carbon trajectory aligned with science, Aprolis regularly measures its direct GHG emissions (scope 1) and indirect emissions related to its energy consumption (scope 2). This measurement serves as an impetus for the reduction of our GHG emissions, particularly with regard to the vehicle fleet, which in the last report accounted for 90% of the emissions in scopes 1 and 2.

Responsible management of our activities also involves everyday actions, in particular sorting and reducing waste production. Thus, we have set up a selective sorting system so that our waste can be reintroduced into the manufacturing process of new products.

Strengthening health and safety

To prevent occupational risks, an HSE (health, safety and environment) function manages health and safety risks within the Human Resources Department.

In order to protect the health of our employees, we have set up a risk monitoring system and carried out ergonomic studies of our businesses.

At the same time, we implement daily training and awareness-raising work on the culture of prevention of these risks, in order to reduce or eliminate occupational diseases.
