The double-tier stackers offer several functions: pallet truck up to 2000 kg, storage up to 2000 mm high, loading and unloading of lorries, load transfer or order picking.

The traction controller ensures fast and smooth acceleration, preventing slippage, even when driving on slippery surfaces.
Regenerative braking is optimised: no more swaying, faultless hill holding, anti-wheel-lock. In addition to the precise controls permitting spot-on positioning in front of the items to be picked, the "Flying Start" function allows the truck to start accelerating before the driver is even fully installed in the cab.

Lifting capacities, various performance modes and electronic assistance systems maximise the benefits of very narrow aisle and high-reach rack filling. The electronics constantly monitor travel speed, lift height, steering angle and many other parameters to adjust performance in real time to find the best safety/productivity trade-offs.

The PoweRamic mast, developed and patented by Cat Lift Trucks, is the only mast to integrate the lift cylinders into the mast profiles. This design offers a better field of view, strengthens the mast and protects the important components.

All the controls are extremely precise. Whether it concerns the carriage movement or the hydraulic controls, every movement can be applied to the millimetre. This makes positioning in the aisles and load gripping extremely easy.

The colour display on the dashboard features clear and quickly legible icons, which reduce the risk of errors: steering wheel direction, battery discharge indication, travel speed, fork height (optional), weight on forks (optional).

The cab is slightly lowered and has a low step. The surface area is big so as not to impede the movement of the feet, even if the operator is wearing large safety shoes. The weight of the foot is sufficient to activate the driver presence pedal, thus eliminating any muscular effort and strain. The adjustable armrest houses the main controls (hydraulics, horn and other optional controls).

The driving position provides an unobstructed view, at ground level for pallet pickup and deposit, upwards through the driver's protective roof for storage/retrieval, and around the truck while driving.

The Responsive Drive System (RDS) reacts to the speed applied to the throttle and hydraulic controls, automatically adjusting performance parameters based on operator needs or experience.

The technologies used in the design of the mast and retractable carriage provide fast lifting and lowering speeds, mast end-of-travel and retraction slowdown, precise tilt control and minimal sway.

The ideally positioned colour screen gathers all the useful information and can be read quickly thanks to pictograms. The lift height indicator and weight indicator are a standard fit, in addition to the hour meter, battery discharge, driving mode and travel speed indicators.

With an intermediate access step and an ergonomic handle, getting in and out of the cab has never been easier. The slightly lowered seat position and raised protective roof provide unparalleled comfort and visibility.

The palm of the hand finds the perfect position on the adjustable armrest. The dimensions and positioning of the hydraulic controls have been designed to adapt to all body shapes.

The seat and steering control are fully adjustable. The pedal angle is optimised. These designs cater to the driver and considerably reduce postural stress and Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSD).

Traction, braking and steering are managed electronically to ensure smooth, precise and safe driving, even with trailers loaded up to 5,000 kg.

The ECO and PRO driving modes quickly adapt performance to suit the need. For example, ECO mode will allow smooth approach phases and more precise manoeuvrability close to production lines, while PRO mode will offer faster acceleration and higher top speeds over longer distances.

The chassis design provides excellent all-round and rear visibility. The low, non-slip floor ensures safe entry and exit, but also increased comfort thanks to its triple suspension.

The steering wheel, adjustable for height and depth, allows an ideal driving position whatever the driver's size. It includes all the controls that are essential while driving. The ergonomic control levers reduce all postural and muscular stresses.
