Electric tow tractors
Powerful, Cat® NTR-N2 Series electric tow tractors are real workhorses. But they are also discreet. These compact tractors are less than 800 mm wide and they have a turning radius small enough to turn on the spot.
Performance
Traction, braking and steering are managed electronically to ensure smooth, precise and safe driving, even with trailers loaded up to 5,000 kg.
The ECO and PRO driving modes quickly adapt performance to suit the need. For example, ECO mode will allow smooth approach phases and more precise manoeuvrability close to production lines, while PRO mode will offer faster acceleration and higher top speeds over longer distances.
Ergonomics & safety
The chassis design provides excellent all-round and rear visibility. The low, non-slip floor ensures safe entry and exit, but also increased comfort thanks to its triple suspension.
The steering wheel, adjustable for height and depth, allows an ideal driving position whatever the driver's size. It includes all the controls that are essential while driving. The ergonomic control levers reduce all postural and muscular stresses.
