Unlike standard used equipment on the market, each forklift has a complete and traceable history: regular preventive maintenance, documented corrective interventions, precise hour tracking. Our machines are monitored by our expert technicians since their first commissioning.

A demanding industrial refurbishment process
Each forklift selected for refurbishment goes through our Aprolis certified preparation process:
In-depth diagnosis with cutting-edge technologies to assess the condition of each component.
Defective parts are repaired or replaced with new original components. We service or replace batteries according to their condition. For thermal engines, pollutant emissions and compression tests.
Preparation, sanding and complete painting of chassis and mast.
Commissioning visit with static and dynamic tests, compliance and safety.
Each Aprolis used forklift is delivered with its used compliance certificate, its operating and maintenance guide, and a warranty of up to 6 months.

Choosing an Aprolis refurbished forklift means drastically reducing the impact of raw material extraction. Our refurbished forklifts generate 89% less CO₂ emissions from mining extractive activities compared to manufacturing a new forklift.
How? By maximizing equipment lifespan and limiting the need for new resources:
- At least 85% of the forklift's total weight is retained (steel 58%, cast iron 25%, aluminum 8%, rubber 5%)
- At most 15% of the total weight is replaced (mainly forks, steel chains 67%, rubber tires and bands 33%)
