Our engineers work out the transport solutions best suited to meet the automation needs of our customers, working closely with the other departments concerned (production, logistics, DSi).

AGV, standing for Automatic Guided Vehicles, refers to fully automatic handling trucks used for moving, transporting and racking all load types in factories, warehouses and logistics and distribution centres.
These trucks communicate with other equipment such as conveyors, logic controllers, ERP and WMS systems and operate by interfacing with the operators.

Supervision system

The supervision system is connected to the host systems of our customers (ERP, WMS, MES, etc.), offering a means of managing the dialogue with various customer IT systems, remotely allocating orders to AGVs, choosing the route to be taken and managing traffic between AGVs.

Since the early 2010s, Aprolis has felt the winds of automation sweeping through the forklift truck sector, not only in France but throughout the world.

So, almost 50 years after the American Arthur Mac Barrett Jr. "invented" the first automatically guided vehicle, Aprolis created its own range of solutions to support its customers in deploying AGVs.
