Order pickers
Floor-level order picking

Crown order pickers optimise the picking process. Acceleration and braking power, compact drive unit, agility on bends are all assets which facilitate picking runs. The all-round visibility is unobstructed so that the surroundings can be viewed safely, even in heavy warehouse traffic.
The GPC3000 range has nothing to hide. The bottom of the chassis is made of 6 mm thick steel to protect the electrical components and the drive and stabilising wheel. The monobloc forks and lifting tie rods are reinforced. The design has been thought out to protect the operator and limit breakage and downtime.

Standard lifting
With forks from 1000 mm to 3600 mm long, picking for 1, 2 or 3 pallets at the same time is possible. With a lift of up to 240 mm height, roll-containers do not represent an obstacle.
Ergonomic lifting
The forks, measuring 1150 mm, allow picking for one pallet at a time. But with a 960 mm lift, pallet picking or transfer always take place at an ergonomic height. Additional lifting and lowering controls on the backrest (option) can be used to set the forks and the load at the desired level.
Scissor lifting
With forks measuring 2400 mm and a lift of up to 850 mm height, this scissor lifting version maintains excellent stability even when carrying two pallets each weighing 1000 kg. Routes are thus optimised while preserving the work ergonomics and reducing musculoskeletal disorders.
Multifonction
The mast and counterbalanced version offer a host of applications:
• Ergonomic lift order picking
• Load transfer around the warehouse
• Pallet stacking on delivery docks
• Re-supply by means of a lift height of up to 4300 mm
Order picking at a height
When floor space is at a premium, you need to use height. The same thing applies to order picking. Whether the picking machines are working at the lowest levels or the highest, they must run faultlessly. Crown high reach order pickers fit the bill: the chassis and masts are stable for confident working, the motors and hydraulic systems are powerful enough to optimise productivity, visibility and comfort ensure the safety of drivers, goods and infrastructure.

1st and 2nd level
When a great variety of items has to be collected, floor storage space may sometimes be lacking. The first levels may be necessary for storage but also for picking. First and second level pickers allow the platform to be raised to 1,800 mm while maintaining a small footprint.
Great height
Designed for order picking in very narrow aisles and picking heights up to 10,600 mm, Crown's high lift pickers provide stability, exceptional visibility through the mast and top performance. Productivity has never been more to the fore.
Performance
Thanks to the stability system working from the base of the chassis to the tips of the forks, Crown high level order pickers are ideal for helping the operator to work quickly and confidently.
The diagonal driving position, simultaneous travel and lifting increase the efficiency of every movement. With the Access 123® control, the entire electronic system analyses each parameter in real time and automatically adjusts the acceleration, the speeds and the braking to ensure optimum productivity while maintaining the highest levels of safety.
Ergonomics & safety
Whether the operating platform is at ground level or at a height of almost 10 m, visibility is crucial for safety. The high reach order pickers in the SP3500 range benefit from a 0.7 m² window, allowing good visibility through the massed.
Much thought has been put into the driving cab and the controls so that the operator has solid holding points, without ever affecting stability during acceleration and braking.
