Crown Electric Pedestrian Pallet Truck WP3200 Series

Designed with the operator in mind, the Crown electric pedestrian pallet truck offers all the features to make moving loads easier. Ambidextrous controls and an ergonomic hare switch enhance ergonomics. The speed control is automatic. Depending on the tiller angle, the speed is reduced by up to 1.5 km/h. In addition, the vertical tiller function allows travel at 1.5 km/h by simply pressing the directional throttle. These functions allow for the handling of goods with minimal breakage and safety for the operator.

Optimised steel frame and forks

The quality of the steel structure of the frame and the fork carriage allows Crown to guarantee them for 5 years. The 8mm thick skirt and the rounded edges ensure optimal protection and prevent damage to the goods.

 

 

Steel covers

The covers are made of 6 mm thick steel. They therefore provide effective protection for the internal components of the electric pedestrian pallet truck. Easily removable, they allow easy access for maintenance.

 

X10 control handle

LThe X10 handle is fitted to all WP series electric pallet trucks. This aluminium alloy handle and steel tiller provide unrivalled robust controls.

Ambidextrous controls are accessible with minimal hand movement. Horn buttons are integrated into the handles. Proportional directional controls allow precise manoeuvring. The Hare/Tortoise button allows the operator to use the maximum speed for different operating conditions.

 

 

Load stabilisation system

The WP3215 and 3220 electric pallet trucks have two lifting cylinders combined with a high-strength torsion bar. This eliminates chassis distortion when handling off-centre or high loads.

With its compact dimensions and short turning radius for easy manoeuvrability, the WP3210 Series electric pallet trucks improve productivity, performance and speed in and around trucks.

The short overall length of the pallet trucks is an advantage when it comes to fitting into fully loaded trucks. The low overall height of the pallet truck allows it to fit into the storage boxes under trailers. As an option, different sizes of load backrests are available for better stability of your goods.

Electric high lift pallet truck - WP3080

This electric pedestrian pallet truck offers an ergonomic working position. Indeed, the height of the forks can reach 750 mm, allowing to relieve the back of the forklift operators and to increase its productivity while limiting the TMS (Musculoskeletal disorders).

Optional lift controls on the battery cover allow the operator to control the lift without having to return to the tiller.

Lithium-ion pallet truck to make a difference

Crown's pedestrian electric pallet trucks can be equipped with lithium-ion batteries. This makes the equipment more efficient and extends its service life.

You have the choice of on-board or external charger depending on your application. The lithium pallet truck accepts partial recharges without risk of damaging the battery.

The indicator shows the charge level of the lithium battery at all times. The warning system issues alerts and limits the truck's functionality in case of low battery life.		 Li ion

 

Optional equipment

In fact, they allow the operator not to move to the tiller to lift the forks of the electric pallet truck.

The electric pedestrian pallet truck can therefore operate at temperatures as low as -30°C in extreme cold conditions.

Markings can be added for cross pallet pickups.
