Performance

  

 

  • The Monolift™ mast, a Crown exclusive, incorporates a closed box-type design. The nested mast sections consist of heavy “I” shape steel profiles connected to one another by thick cross pieces. This design considerably lessens oscillation while improving the stability of the operator and the load up to more than 17 m high. These are particularly essential in Very Narrow Aisles (VNA).
  • At heights approaching that of a 5 storey building, in aisles barely wider than the truck itself, confidence is essential for safety and productivity. That is why the TSP cab offers space with modularity and comfort.

  • Crown has designed and developed all the components to offer an optimum availability factor. Optimised reliability comes from the separation between the electronics and the sources of heat. Thick steel enclosures protect the internal components while providing fast and easy access for maintenance.

     

Ergonomics & safety

  

 

  • The MoveControl™ seat swivels through 110° providing 4 driving positions: slightly to the right (-20°), facing the forks (0°), slightly to the left (60°) or fully to the left (90°). In the last position, not only is it possible to enter the platform easily, and exit from it, but also provides excellent rearward visibility, essential in blind aisles requiring as much reversing as forward driving.
  • The operator is provided with clear and easily legible information on the dashboard which includes coded starting, a weight indicator, a fork height indicator, a battery discharge indication, and indications about the driving method (manual or guided).
    The Crown Access 123® control system includes built-in diagnostics. There is no need for a laptop computer or a service terminal, even for performance adjustments.

  • To optimise comfort and safety, the driver's platform has cab lighting, adjustable LED working lights, a 2 speed fan, a 12 V power supply and several storage cubbies.
