Z60-160H electric forklift truck
The trucks in the Z60-160H series have been designed to ensure high performance, long working uninterrupted working times and low operating costs.
These trucks are extremely compact with a small turning radius, allowing them to manoeuvre in tight spaces without sacrificing performance.

Perfomances
The truck's compactness and manoeuvrability ensure excellent productivity and manoeuvrability in very narrow aisles. All Z60-160H series trucks are equipped with superelastic single tyres, but on request they can also be fitted with twin tyres or wheels on cushion tyres.
The electric braking system is fitted directly to the two drive motors, guaranteeing extraordinary effectiveness and durability with minimum energy consumption.
The electric braking system is also able to recover energy when the accelerator is released or when the truck is put in reverse.
The special shape of the chassis caters for the storage of large capacity batteries to meet every need.
The electronically controlled motor power gives these trucks unrivalled speed and manoeuvrability. Gentle, progressive acceleration reduces energy consumption and increases battery life.

Ergonomics & safety
Despite the truck's extreme compactness, the cab itself is roomy, giving ergonomic driving, excellent accessibility and all instruments clearly visible. The power steering improves the dynamic qualities of the trucks by a judicious combination of the light steering and the driving precision.
The cab is separated from the chassis, giving the operator a very high level of comfort. It is on isolation mounts to minimise vibration and noise. Ideal visibility is provided from the driver's seat allowing the entire perimeter of the truck to be easily monitored, giving the operator an optimal driving position for maximum visibility. This enhances the safety level of the machine.
Visibility remains good even when the truck is handling bulky loads. Reversing camera as standard.
Service
The oil-immersed multi-disk brakes ensure reliability and durability even under severe operating conditions and are maintenance-free.
The motors are IP54 protection rated for dust and water.
