F60-100HD2/H electric forklift truck

Carer designed the F60-100HD2 (Heavy Duty) range for intensive applications. 

Capable of working for long uninterrupted times with very high performance, the F60-100HD2 forklift truck range can be thought of as the "electric" answer to handling tasks previously performed by ICE forklift trucks. 

Developed from the Heavy Duty (HD) version project, the H series electric forklift trucks are ideal for handling heavy goods in every application area in the single-motor version.

Performances

The new Carer-developed front axle provides greater energy efficiency, guaranteeing savings of more than 25% in the VDI cycle. 

Thanks to the super-steering axle, the truck's outstanding compactness and the superbly comfortable driving position, the F60-100HD2 truck range is ideal for particularly heavy and demanding applications even in confined spaces. 

Equipped with two 15 kW high-speed drive motors and a 45 kW lift motor, this truck can reach a maximum drive speed of 20 km/h and an acceleration that no LPG or diesel forklift truck could hope to beat. 

The battery is located between the wheels for quick and easy lateral extraction, greatly facilitating battery changes.

Ergonomics & safety

The ergonomic driver's cab, mounted on anti-vibration mounts, ensures maximum comfort and ease of operation, reducing operator fatigue. 

A multi-function display allows the driver to customise the truck settings to suit the applications and his usual working methods and to find the right balance between performance and autonomy. 

Quick and easy battery replacement on both sides. 

Rear view camera as standard.

Service

Oil-immersed multi-disk brakes ensure their reliability and long service life even under severe operating conditions and are also maintenance-free. 

The motors have an IP54 protection rating against dust and water.
